I got my Airtel connection on march 19 I cancelled the connection due to bad service on 3 April I have been requesting for refund since and they are just giving a further date recently when I mailed them that the due date has passed they said the refund would be done by 14 June
I you take money in advance then you should be prompt in returning it , would want to sue them
