Hello Sir/Ma’am,
I am Alok kumar ,I had tried booking airline ticket for Ranchi to Bangalore journey date 5th aug,ticket booking attempt was done on 25th july 2022.
Ticket was not booked and the amount was deducted I have continuously calling custome care executive and following up for the refund but getting disappointed with the answers.They are just telling everytime there is a merchant issue and wait for another week.I am not satisfied with the service.
Respected Sir/Ma’am kindly look in this issue and help me regarding this.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
