Maine April 11 th ko return ticket book ki thi Kolkata se Gorakhpur ke liye..
journey date 28 April aur 29th April thi. Magar kisi Karan se mujhe ticket cancel karna padi mujhe travelook se kaha gaya ki appko paisa 7 working days me appke account me refund mil jayega aaj 4 months ho gaye mujhe mera paisa nahi diya ab Bol Rahe hain ki apke violet me kar diye hain. Please mujhe mera paisa chahiye….
