I have booked a flight from Delhi to Bangalore on Travolook which was cancelled by Travolook due to operational constraints.. i have been following for my refund from almost 20 days now for amount of 12758/- Rs. And everytime they say it is processed from their end and will be credited in 7-10 days which is long over. They are not even providing the refund transaction details.. looks like they are playing around with our money and making us fools.. I need to file a legal complaint if it is not done this week too..
