Dear Sir,
I have paid advance for FUE hair transplant dated on 12th June 2020 and my transplant appointment with Dr Ashutosh Mishra on 15th June 2020. Suddenly on 14th June at night my health had deteriorated due to fever and cough. So as per current pendemic situation . I do not have condition surgery yet!.
I already informed to doctor’s on 15th morning 4 o’clock.
So please help me for refund back my money asap.
I have enclosed payment receipt and invoice also for your reference.
