I have ordered a Asus Vivo book laptop from Flipkart and it got delivered on 3rd May 2023. I have raised refund request on 5th May due to display issue the( screen was flickering at 50 % brightness).Flipkart told there will be a tech visit by 19th of May.. Today is 21st May there has been no tech visit from them and nothing is updated to me. When call customer service they say just say wait for 24-28 hours.I want the refund for the defective laptop.
