Refund amount of rs 6004 each × 2 tickets .. total Rs 12008.
I had, on 25th 2022, purchased 2 flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was “cancelled due to fare expiration ” and that a refund will be provided post “10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..”.
