Hi ,
I have bought a new fibre connection last week which is on 20th Nov . One guy from airtel came to my home and checked my area and all after that he told me they will install the connection tommorow morning itself . So i have to make payment of Rs 1768 through online and i paid that also he verified my kyc. After that he went . Next day when i called him he is being rude to me / not attending my calls . After that when i call him from another number he will attend the call and tell some excuse and will end call . Its been one week . When i told this matter to airtel office near to me they were like they cant do anything you can call 198 and ask for refund. After that i called to198 and spoke these matter and requested for refund and she said me request of refund received you will get money with in 7 days.after 2 days i again called customer care to know my refund status then they ask for another 7 days to refund and they are saying now only they are requesting for refund. If this is the case? What should i do? How long i have to wait/beg for my money it’s not my fault right? Is this the way airtel treats their customer?i dont want your connection or anything just refund the amount that i paid .
