Secondary Box – SC IC ID 000574407342
On 9th June 2021 have complaint to Tata Sky on their Toll Free No. that the secondary box was paused from my side earlier but was not paused and tried multiple times but it is not getting paused. They themselves tried from their side as well to pause it but due to their internal problem they were also not able to stop the service on the secondary box and Charges kept on deducting. After repeated follow-up also the service of the secondary box was not getting stopped so they discontinue the service on the same. After repeated follow-up and immense mental stress, till date they have not provided the re-fund and kept me forcing to re-charge as the balance was over. I kept on requesting to arrange re-fund for the amount deducted due to their internal problem but never did and finally they disconnected my service.
Request you to arrange the refund and the mental harassments provided from their team for not solving the problem after repeated follow-up as well.
