Dear Consumer court,
Greetings
I got refund from Amazon Rs. 300. i provided my Paytm saving account number to Amazon and they have transfered my refund in this account and provided me transaction id which is 408-5124049-2425158.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this transaction id which amazon provided
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all.
I would request you to please look into this matter.
