My name is Dipanjan singha. I tried to book a ticket via PhonePe app on 24/01/2019. My money got debited from account but transaction failed. They promised to refund my money but till now they didn’t. I have tried to email them and also called them many times. But they didn’t give me any positive reply. Only just extending the dates. And from today the customer care number of PhonePe is not working also. Please help me getting my full refund.
