Text of Complaint by Sarath Babu:

I had, on 2nd Oct 2021, purchased a flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a call got saying that fare was sold out and that a refund will be provided post “10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..”.
