I have Booked a Zoomcar on Jan 10th 2021 with booking ID: JPS6N6IB6. The booked has been closed by stating “Refund of 2299.0 has been initiated to your original source. As per your bank, the amount should reflect in your account by Fri, 9 Apr 4:35” . Till Now the amount has not been refunded into my account . It has been around 5 months and still my amount has not been refunded. Please look into this issue ASAP.
