I Mark this mail to Flipkart /Jeeves ceo, md,vp, hr, marketing team and all managers as well the other board members.

I’ve been struggling with this fraud Jeeves since last 6months..

I have Marq washing machine with extended warranty. Last 6 month has been horrendous to me. They never provide a perfect complete resolution/service. Their technician are absolutely illiterate and no technical sense.
They often remarked in their system that machine is serviced and fuctional without any visit or service provide to customer end. Jeeves claimed that technician updated on system on 28th July and 4th August that service completed and machine is now in functional condition. But the fact is machine not got start or not in fuctional condition. You can check the attached image with date and time.

Machine got repeatedly broke down within 15 days after every service provided In last 6 months. And even they took more than 30days for every service.

As on today my machine has been dead since last 2months.. clothes has been rotten inside.. which you can see in the attached image which has latest date-time stamp on it.

I lost my faith on this fraud Jeeves and Flipkart too.. they just make customers fool.
I’m absolutely unsatisfied. I decided to not to go for further service and requested fraud Jeeves for refund as they never completed service within 30days. Most of the time Jeeves say part is not received. Seems they source spares from some other planet..

Based on past experience, I made thousand calls also wrote thousands of emails with dead machine image, your terms and conditions PDF copy and all other details with date and time for my refund claim as I don’t need any further service. Whereas Jeeves straightway deny and put forcefully decision on us to keep us on wait for 20/25 days everytime.

Washing machine is an essential product. And this essential product is dead since last 3 months. My sister has been hospitalized since 3 weeks with fracture while she washing clothes she fall down in bathroom.
Flipkart/Jeeves, during every phone call or in your emails You told us that you are deeply apologize for the inconvenience..
Flipkart/Jeeves, pl do me a favor. Send your person to assist me instead of machine if you really feel our troubles.

I’m weeping. Forgive me.

Let the customer decide this time.
I touch your feet and request you to release me from your trap. Refund me my money. Will never look back towards you or approach you or recommend for you.
You brought me on knees. Finished my energy. Have no patience level now.
