Booked travel pacakge for Rann of katch, Date of travle- 5 Jan 2023, Advance payment made 25000 inr on 1 sep but No booking Id/ booking no. recived which clearly stated that no booking of hotel/ transportation has been made by company by using my advance money. When asked for Booking id their executive said No id is needed. Within 7 days of advance payment some financial emergency came in my family and we need urgent funds for that. Requested Travel agent to refund my amount we need it urgently and cannot go on vacation this time. Since i have not recived any booking id that means no hotel or transport booking has been made by my name and business is not facing any loss. But without understanding the situation they denied my refund request as per no refund policy and in this situation now i feel cheated. Consumer court should check for these kind of policies which are voilating consumers rights.
