Even after agreed upon transferring the refund for closing the service reference number 31-3255713455462. Airtel denied my refund. The reason now they are claiming is the proof which i have given is not having all 16 digit account number after a month time . i have made several call s and email to make them understand that i cant provide the cancelled leaf since am at native as i left my cheque in my working place. it is giving me the mental agony.I have wasted my time and energy . i need the amount of Rs 376.81 which they have said they have initiated the transaction via NEFT after verifying my proof with the interest rate for getting delayed
