The issue that I have experienced was: I requested for a painting job at Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore, and after paying the advance of INR 84,000 they asked for amendment of quote and additional charges of INR 20000 to get the work done. The problem was that the person who came to take the quote dint cover all areas in the initial quote which was no mistake of mine. Since I was unhappy with the situation, I asked for a refund on 21-Sep as part of the ticket 8867755. I had provided a blank cancelled cheque to the Relationship Manager Naveen so that they could process the refund to the bank account. Upon receiving the ticket they mentioned it will take 7 days to process it. Since then I have been calling the call centre daily and am being told lame excuses like it will take more time. I spent hours on the phone with their call centre, and till now (today is 6 Oct) have had no luck. Seeking help to get back my money so that I can close the request.
