I had placed an order for Google Chromecast 3 Media streaming device on 25th Jan for amount rs 3149/- but cancelled it on same day because I placed another order for same device with better offer from Flipkart.
I cancelled this order but its still showing as order delayed.
I contacted the customer service team on numerous occasions but they always say to give 24 to 48 hours to resolve.
Now it’s been days and Flipkart has done nothing.
My refund is stuck because of their carelessness.
