I have booked a ticket with Travelook 2 months back ie Oct 23rd 2021. They called up saying the booking was cancelled due to some technical issues and that my amount would be refunded shortly. I’ve been trying since then regularly for the refund. Customer care is only postponing the issue and tell me that I will receive the refund in 2-3 days. I get the same answer everytime I call them. I’ve tried mailing them too. Please help me
