I had booked an air ticket for 29th August for Chandigarh to Mumbai through Travolook.
My ticket was not processed and got canceled,but amount debited.
I was assured by my customer care that within 7 days I will be getting my refund.
I still haven’t got my refund back inside to me calling the Customer care.

Call them on a daily basis, just to get one reply that will be credited in 1 Week.

.I humbly request to pls help me get my refund back and I would like to sue Travolook for mental torture and false assurance.

Please look into it and as I need the money for my other expenses.
