I had booked air ticket on 20th september for Jodhpur to Mumbai for 29th September 2021 through Travolook ..My ticket was not processed and got cancelled..I was assured my customer care that within 4 days i will be getting my refund ..I still haven’t got my refund back insipte to me calling the Customer care and people i speak r least interested and they give flase date also.I humbly request to pls help me getting my refund back and i would like to sue Travolook for mental torture and flase assurance.Hope to hear from you soon…Regards
