Stanza Living Not Refunding Deposit (User ID: 25TLVBA135)

I, Suyash Jawrekar, was a resident of Tel Aviv House (Stanza Living) Pune and vacated the property on 3rd June 2025. As per Stanza Living’s policy, the security deposit of ₹15,131 should have been refunded within 45 days of move-out. However, even after nearly 60 days, I have not received the refund.

My User ID is 25TLVBA135. I have followed up multiple times via customer support, but there has been no resolution, no clear update, and no refund processed.

This is causing unnecessary financial stress and is clearly a violation of their refund commitment. I am now being forced to raise this complaint publicly and take further action through consumer forums and legal means if it is not resolved promptly.

I request urgent intervention to ensure my full refund of ₹15,131 is processed at the earliest to the account details already shared with them.
