Text of Complaint by Madhuparna Pandit:

I had to cancel some duplicate orders on Myntra for which I was promised refund on 11th June, 2023. The refund was promised within 7-10 business days. It has now been a month and I have not received the refund. The customer service is very poor. The customer service agent gave me an incorrect ARN number to track my refund process. The agent also marked my issue as resolved without even asking me if the issue was resolved. I tried to write to the help center of the app and call customer care executive as well. Every time I am asked to wait till 72 hours. I feel cheated as Myntra is holding my money back and won’t even share any details about the transaction details.
