During lockdown we had booked flight ticket of Spice Jet via make my trip to visit to hometown on ease of lockdown restrictions. However, flight was cancelled and we were informed that the amount will not be refunded however shown as credit in the account and the same can be utilized for booking of flight before 31 march 2021. We have been waiting to see the credit in the make my trip account but we have not received the same. when we compalin to Spice jet they said that since we had booked flight thorugh make my trip, they had refunded the amount to them and we should recover the same from make my trip. We have submitted so many complains to make my trip but no one is replying nor resolving issue.
Please help us to get the refund.
