Flight frm Delhi 2 SXR booked on 31.05.2022, flight got cancelled & refund was 2 b made in my a/c. Spoke to representatives of Travolook multiple times, yet no solution was provided rather harassed me. Asked for UTR but not provided after even 2 months now. Details are Shuiab Rana, PNR is LZ8JNF. I seek ur immediate intervention.
