Hi as i booked ticket through paytm for airasia Fight Paytm Booking Id : 1310910213
and i cancel my ticket on 19 april 2021 by calling to airsia as they told me my has been refunded as it will credited in account within 7..9 working days still its a more than a month .I already i talk to airasia 3 times they told money is already refunded they send conformation email to email 2 times which i already send to paytm event i twitted to paytm that are not able to do any thing as airasia gave me: PAYMENT PROOF REF ID: 425073511.
But paym still says they are working i dont know what they are working one .event paytm do not send any email for case till now as airasia send 3 email about refund .why paytm is unable to provide solution do the neefull ..ASAP…
