I booked tickets for date 15/05/2020 from Bagdogra – Ahmedabad. The Airlines have cancelled the flight due to covid restrictions. Now when tried to get the refund from the Airlines is telling that I will only get credits in their wallet which will be valid till 1 year from the date of issuance. But I don’t have any further plans to travel in next 9-10 month. So literally I am loosing this money. And as per Supreme Court and DGCA guidelines airlines should refund amount who travel between 25th march to 24th may.
I want to register this complaint against the Airlines.
