I ordered a Adidas shoes for men. But I received a other company shoes. I have return request for it but no solutions. And last the return request is approved and the courier is picked up the product and send a OTP. I have shared OTP but now a time tha return request is cancelled as my product is picked up. And now my refund is not approved yet why? Please help me with this product.
