Hello sir on 27/10/22 I was adding 5000 rupees in wallet of game account named Teen Patti Gold but money was deducted from my (paytm) SBI account but money did not come in my game wallet. I have complained in paytm care they are saying that we have received service from merchant but till now no money has been credited in my game account I have also complained on game so they are saying that if you do not get service Your money will be returned within 15 days if money is not returned then contact your bank and your money is safe, but now its more than 1 month.
Please help me to get the money back.
