Asked to cancel a ticket on call & email on 22 april 2022, received confirmation of refund processed multiple times on email call whatsapp fb messages too.But never processed & when asked calls not answered so posted on social media where got different excuses, tkt. not cancelled ,pnr active ,chat handled by trainee etc …so nonrefundable.
