Text of Complaint by Tanmay:

I have been facing a serious problem regarding my product with order id OD124780367955231000 . I received a completely different product and that also of different brand . I raised the complaint of this order and after the approval of my return request. My product was never picked up by wish master . I used to get message on my mobile number that wish master is out for pickup and then in evening I used to get message of pick up rescheduled . It happed with me for 3-4 days and after I raised its complaint your company opened a case regarding when this product will be picked up. Then escalation team marked it resolved on 13th May. Next day on 14th May I again received a message that wish master is out for pickup and in evening I received the message pickup rescheduled . Today ie on 15th May when I opened Flipkart to track my order status I saw that refund has been cancelled and that my product return policy has been ended. Its sad to see even after escalation team marked my case resolved then also product wasn’t picked up . . Hope you’ll work on it and will actually resolved my case . I am also attaching some Images from Flipkart team marking my concern to be resolved but which was completely false.
