I ordered a cellphone POCO C3 from flipkart during big billion day.My order id: OD223029076658214000.
The phone received quality is very bad. Cell phone is like copy mobile.
When i complaint to flipkart regarding this, flipkart send me a message as it is below:
Return Update: Sorry, the seller is unable to fulfill the replacement return request for your POCO C3 (Matte Black, … as the product is out of stock. Refund will be issued for the item and you will receive an update shortly.
So i purchased other mobile next day from shop as i knew refund would take place. After two days i received a message of return cancelled. Next day tech visit. Its a clear fraud case of cheat from flipkart.
Please help me for refund of my hard earned money.
