This company is Fraud as they least bothered about customer emotions.
I booked my ticket through Travolook in the Feb’22, however it never went through and my money has been debited. After so much reminder, i received only 2k out of INR 7,700.
Since Mar month, i call their customer care, however every individual convey the incorrect message to me that my amount will be refunded.
I am getting frustrated but the response and behavior of this company is not tolerable. Not sure what they are doing with my money.
Kindly help in refunding my rest of the amount.
