I have ordered Ajanta loafer shoes on Flipkart, and received defective product. I raised for return and due to Holi return pickup was also late, on the day of pickup, the pickup master took the product scan QR and said you will receive a confirmation mail regarding this, but after sometime he canceled the pickup. I raised this issue 3 times on Flipkart customer service but still no resolution provided. Now I don’t have any product nd not get any refund regarding product.
Please check, do needful and confirm.
