Contacted Google Suport to refund qn unauthorized purchase. Was advised to contact dev and chat back within 3 days if no response so Google can escalate and refund
3 business days later. Was told that the best I can do is leave a review to the app and that they are unable to do anything
Disappointed on how Google can’t do anything on their own platform and won’t trust them for purchases ever again
