Dear Consumer court,
Greetings
i had transaction RS 793 on 22 nov,2020 on amazon through my google upi on paytm payments bank and after i cancel my order for some reason and amazon refund that in original peyment method.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm Payment bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this refund id which amazon provided 032701376890.
i am also sharing that refund mail.
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.

Consumer court, please give me justice .
