It’s been more than 10 days and recharge done through airtel Thankyou app does not activated my recharge of Rs. 698.
Attach is the snap shot of receipt and airtel is asking me my personal bank details for refund, on what basis they are asking my bank details. Is Airtel authorized to see my personal bank details.
