I Am add money 2 times Rs.10000 on 28th July-2023 and again add Rs 10000 on same 28th July-2023 in a gaming platform name is TeenPati Master, My bank account is debited total amount Rs.20000 but the amount is not add in my game ID No.76883539 or not received the service till date The 1st UTR No is 320901275190 UPI ref.No is -320908107585 and 2nd UTR No is 320901275822 UPI ref.No 320908142595 as shown name is MD TRADING COMP
I have been requesting and contact customer service for 21 consecutive days but haven’t received my refund yet from gaming app it is not for the first time it was already happened so many time with me I want refund from beneficiary ASAP please help and resolve the issue
