Dear sir My name is Aman Tuteja a plus member of Flipkart wants to say that I recently bought SAMSUNG F12 mobile Phone from Flipkart and my order id is OD124888506493213000. and I want to say that I am completely disappointed with the phone the phone is failing on multiple parameters, And I have filed a return request which is denied by Flipkart multiple times. I have requested lot of time for resolving my issue but there is no response from flipkart till date also I am sharing you an ss. I am completely fed up and frustrated with the Flipkart process and now I want my refund back. hope you understand my problem and will solve this matter asap.
