Subject: Refund of Rs. 5261.00 against my fixed line number 0120-4163031.
Hi ,
This is bring in your kind notice that I have deposit Rs 5261 during January2020 for my yearly Plan. But this amount is not Adjusted in billing of Feb, March2020 , so we spoke to the customer care executive.
he said this amount can be refunded for that we have already share all necessary document as requested on your email id Ceet.fsl@airtelworld.com.
But till now we have not recieve any response neither the refund or disconnection had been done so far.
We have also receive a call from escalation team and they said that they will refund the money and they will provide me the old plan ,which works for almost 1 month, but now I don’t have any idea about my current Plan.
Infact my AirtleApp is also showing the deduction of Rs.1000 which seems to be completely iilogical and without my consent.
I am completely dishearted with the kind of services I m getting from Airtel, being a loyal customer from 10+yrs i can’t expected this kind of service. In case this will continue then I have to shift to some other service provider.
Kindly look into this matter on Priority basis and kindly disconnect my connection and refund my Rs.5261.
