Text of Complaint by Suchi Smita Patnaik:

I booked ticket in YOLO Bus from Trichy to Chennai on 12/05/2024. When I reached the boarding point and contact the bus operator he said the bus has already left the boarding point as it reached very earlier. I shouted how they can leave the boarding point earlier before even informing me or calling me. Then he said to come to the highway location due to my emergency work any how I agreed to him and went to highway location mannarpuram. After reaching there again I called him he said they have given my seat to some ther passenger he will refund my amount. I was so frustrated again shouted and I warned him that I will file a complaint. After that he said he will arrange me in some other upcoming bus but I was standing in the highway were no one was standing there and my safety got compromised I tried to reach him his phone was switched off and then I tried to reach red bus operator customer care they also didn’t helped me as they mentioned again and again
