As i have subscribed with byjus on sep 2, 2022 with loan of 69000 for 12 months.. Initial advance paid 5,000. 1st emi will be oct 5,2022.. they have given trial period of 15 days to use the tablets,kits and some things. If we are not satisfied in trial period, we need to mail it to customer care for cancellation.. then they will refund the advance amount rs.5,000… So I have given mail within 15 days for cancellation but there is no response from the team… Emi date is too close… They are mentally forced to make the payment because I should avoid the ecs return, it will affect my cibil score…
I have mail copies..
Voice calls evidence from mentor that they agreed i have given mail within 15 days for cancellation…
I know they will get 1st emi from me on Oct 5,2022… So total loss is now 10,000 after 1st emi .
I don’t how to handle it legally… Really it causes depression….
So kindly guide to get refund from them and make cancellation from byjus subscription..
