I have order a pen drive on the website on 5 th oct but the pen drive was china made it was not working. So I returned it on 13th oct however I have never got the refund of it ( the amount is around 1490). Also everything I call customer service they only care about the rating and never solve the issue.
I’m a student and thats a huge amount for me. I bought it hoping that it will help me in doing project works.
