I have booked flight tickets for 5 members on 26.01.2020 from Bangalore to Srinagar and Srinagar to Bangalore. Because of COVID I was cancelled on 17.06.2020 (PNR:RPZLGH, EEN5XI, HWCE7U, AFJ52P).
I have called to Amazon customer care service nearly 50 times, but there was no reasonable response from them. On November 2020 I got 2 cheques from Deutsche Bank, Bangalore to my postal address for Rs. 30,008/- and 7,167/- respectively. But the cheques was rejected by Banks as the name was miss match. This matter also I told to them several times.
Till now I dint got my refund amount. Every time they are telling we are following your complaint.
So please solve this issue as soon as possible .
