Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a complaint on Flip Kart flights as on 26 october 2020 i recived a message stating that my Flight Booking ID FF20011304094853 from Trivananthapuram to Hyderabad has been Cancelled as per my request and my Refund amount Rs.13954 will added to my bank account within 5-7 working days, as i raised many complaint post 10 days of waiting  when icalled Customer care they simply raise service Complaint and tell  you problem will be recitified . some time time i get mail or sms stating that my problem will be resolved within 24 or 48 hrs but till today i haven’t recived my amount back to my bank account

I kindly request to please help me in getting my amount Rs.13954
