I have booked the flight from Varanasi to Tirupati for 25/4/2021. But airlines had cancelled the flight they guaranteed me of full refund. It was processed from airlines side. I have called the customer care team thrice they are always telling me that “Your refund is in process & it will reflect in your account in 10-15 days”.
