The booking was made for 16 March 2022, but right after the booking i received a call saying that it’s been cancelled and the money will be refunded within 5-10 business days. However, it’s been more than a month i haven’t received the refund.
When I call the customer care centre, they don’t pick up the call half of the time. And when they do, i always hear ‘ you’ll receive the refund within 5-7 days’, yet i don’t receive it. They are just fooling around. They don’t respond to mails either. If asked to connect to a higher lever person, they just give some lame reason as to why they can’t. The refund is pending since 26 Feb 2022.
