I have applied for an Internet connection on 9-10-20. They told that installation will happen in 1 day. It didn’t happen. I tried calling but Airtel Broadband customer care executives are responding to any of my calls. I made a payment of Rs.1768 in the begining. Now i want a refund as they didn’t install the net connection. I request the consumer complaints court to please process my refund.
