An item (knee cover) was returned and amazon issued refund of Rs.263/- on 21.09.2021 stating the same will be credited within 7 days. But after 7 days I enquired about refund status they told to contact with bank. On confirming in bank they told so such refund issued and asked for transaction Id for tracking and date of credit, which amazon is not providing inspite for several mails to amazon.
So its my request to look into this matter at earliest.
