I have booked an hotel for my stay on 19th September, at the time of check in they have increased my price to 6500 so I have called the executive they have told me that I need to book an another Oyo hotel and after the checkout they will provide me refund amount to bank account I have called them and i have been told to submit my bank account details i have submitted them it has been 1 month till now I have not received any amount from them
